Submission of application does not guarantee space in the Fair. Returning vendors, date received and compatibility with other vendors are factors in consideration when spaces are assigned. Douglas County Fairgrounds reserves the right to designate where any vendor may present their booth as is beneficial to the Fairgrounds and its patrons per the Douglas County Fair Board’s Policy Book.
