Submission of application does not guarantee space in the Fair. Returning Concessionaires, date received and compatibility with other Concessionaires are factors in consideration when spaces are assigned. Douglas County Fairgrounds reserves the right to designate where any Concessionaire may present their booth, as is beneficial to the Fairgrounds and its patrons per the Douglas County Fair Board’s Policy Book. Applications are not retained; you must reapply if not accepted or are not a returning Concessionaires. Returning Concessionaires will receive their contracts automatically.
